Formed in 1992, TWB Company, LLC is a joint venture between Worthington Steel and BAOSteel who merged with Wuhan Iron and Steel Company (WISCO) in 2017. WISCO previously purchased their shares in 2013 from ThyssenKrupp Steel, the originator of automotive tailored blanks. Over the past 25+ years TWB has developed the tailor welded blank market in North America and is the leading manufacturer of tailor welded products.
