Peter Oskam

Peter Oskam serves as the Burgemeester van Capelle aan den IJssel since January 2016 and has been active as a UEFA match delegate since October 2017. Oskam has held multiple roles within the KNVB since 2010, including Waarnemer/coach scheidsrechters BV and voorzitter KNVB West 2, focusing on sportiviteit & respect. Previous experiences include serving as voorzitter of a commission at the Ministerie van Justitie en Veiligheid from June 2017 to July 2019 and as a member of the Tweede Kamer der Staten-Generaal from September 2012 to January 2016. Oskam has also held notable positions in various courts, including Vice President of Rechtbank Amsterdam and Rechtbank Gelderland. Oskam holds a degree in Nederlands Recht from Erasmus University Rotterdam, obtained from 1982 to 1986.
