Brian Loomis

Brian Loomis is an experienced software engineering manager currently at 27Global since May 2023. Previously, Brian held the position of Sr. Software Programmer/Analyst at Atonix Digital from January 2018 to April 2023, contributing to the ASSET360 cloud-based analytics platform aimed at enhancing efficiency and decision-making. From 2014 to 2017, Brian worked at Black & Veatch as a Sr. Software Programmer/Analyst, focusing on platform development, Agile practices, and leadership in spatial capabilities. Earlier roles include GIS Developer at Kansas State University, GIS Analyst for the City & County of Honolulu, and various positions leading geospatial projects and application developments. Brian earned an MS in GIS from the University of Redlands and a BA in Environmental Studies from the University of Kansas.
