Chase Smith

Chase Smith joined TWG in 2022 and acts as the Vice President of Market Rate Development. He oversees TWG’s Market Rate development efforts and is responsible for sourcing new opportunities across the country through networking, building local relationships, and analyzing market trends.

Prior to joining TWG, Mr. Smith served as Vice President of Development at Holladay Properties, a diversified real estate development firm in Indianapolis. In this role, Chase led various industrial, multifamily, hospitality, and master-planned land projects totaling over $100MM in development.

Mr. Smith graduated from Indiana University – Kelley School of Business in 2015 with a B.S. in Finance and minor in Spanish, and earned his Master’s in Business Administration from Purdue University – Krannert School of Management in 2019.
