Adam Johnson

Adam Johnson is an accomplished executive with a strong background in health strategy and growth. As the Chief Growth Officer at Twin Health since June 2025, Johnson previously held the position of Chief Growth and Strategy Officer at Carrot Fertility from April 2024 to June 2025. Prior experience includes serving as Chief Strategy and Growth Officer at Everside Health, where oversight of Sales, Marketing, Product, and IT contributed to a successful merger with Marathon Health in early 2024. Johnson's earlier roles include Head of Health Strategy and Vice President of Health Navigation at Alight Solutions, and President of Compass Professional Health Services, where leadership facilitated the sale of Compass to Alight. Academic qualifications include a BA in Political Science from Vanderbilt University and an MA in Political Science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
