John Ngoi is a seasoned software engineering leader with extensive experience in mobile development and digital health solutions. Currently serving as a Senior Software Engineering Manager at Twin Health, John heads the mobile engineering team and fosters a culture of innovation. John founded Decimal Software, LLC, contributing to product design and development. Previous roles include Technical Lead at Pacific Gas and Electric Company, where John created the valuable Maps+ platform, and Master Software Engineer at Capital One, helping launch Dining Explorer. John's technical expertise spans iOS (Swift), Android (Kotlin), Flutter (Dart), and IoT, and John has held various leadership and engineering roles at companies such as Macy’s, UCWeb, and Revel Systems. John holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Iowa State University and completed further education at Stanford University.
