Mark Tolcher has extensive experience in technology and security management, currently serving as Head of Architecture, Security and Projects at Twinings since April 2019. Previous roles at Twinings include Head of Technology & Security, Head of Security, and Security Manager. Prior to Twinings, Mark held the position of Head of IT at Eric Robinson Solicitors and served in various capacities at Blake Morgan LLP, including IT Operations Manager and IT Project Manager. Mark also spent several years at Aviva, culminating as Senior Infrastructure Delivery Project Manager, where responsibilities included managing technical infrastructure projects and supporting business-critical applications. Mark's early career included roles at CLS Bank International and IBM after earning a BSc (Hons) in Computing from the University of Portsmouth. Mark has a solid foundation in both IT and security, enhanced by diverse experiences across multiple organizations.
