Christoph Derksen has a solid work experience in the field of Human Resources. Christoph is currently working as the Head of the People Department at TWINT AG since May 2021. Prior to this, they held the position of Senior HR Projektleiter / HR Business Partner at Migros-Genossenschafts-Bund from 2019 to 2021. Before that, they worked as a Senior HR Business Partner at u-blox from 2018 to 2019. Christoph also gained valuable experience as an HR Consultant at Miele from 2012 to 2018 and as a Team Manager / HR Consultant at Careerplus from 2008 to 2012. Christoph started their career as a Business Administrator / Intern at Siemens in 2003.
Christoph Derksen pursued their education in a chronological order. From 2005 to 2008, they attended FHS St.Gallen University of Applied Sciences and obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, specializing in International Management. Later, from 2015 to 2018, they enrolled at ZHAW School of Management and Law, where they completed a Master of Advanced Studies ZFH program in Human Capital Management. This program included various areas of study such as Change Management, Compensation & Performance, HC Strategy & Controlling, and International HRM.
