Stefan Tschumi started their career as the Head of Planning and Steering for Wireless and Messaging at Swisscom in June 2012. Stefan then moved on to become the Service Owner for Mobile Network Operations from April 2014 to January 2016. From January 2016 to April 2021, Stefan worked as the Head of Mobile Network Operations. Currently, they are the Head of IT Operation at TWINT AG, starting from April 2021.
Stefan Tschumi attended ETH Zürich from 1996 to 2003, where they pursued a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering and later achieved a degree in Diplomierter Betriebs- und Produktionsingenieur ETH, specializing in Industrial Engineering, Economics, and General Management.
