Thomas Graf has a strong background in product management and leadership roles. Thomas started their career at Swisscom in 1999, where they worked as a Project Manager for the Bluewin Portal. Thomas later joined Bluewin AG as a Manager Business Engineering, focusing on CRM and online customer self-care concepts. In 2003, they became a Product Manager for Payment Solutions at Bluewin AG, responsible for developing and implementing a micro-payment product strategy. In 2005, they moved to Swisscom Fixnet AG as a Product Manager for Digital Home, where they developed the Digital Home strategy and collaborated with partners and associations on home networking standards. In 2008, Thomas joined Sunrise Communications AG as a Senior Specialist in Strategy, before taking on various management roles, including Manager Mobile Services Business Customers and Head of Product Management Business Customers. Since 2016, Thomas has been with TWINT, starting as the Head of Payment and progressing to the Head of Product Management, Head of Products, and currently serving as the Chief Product Officer (Produktleiter).
Thomas Graf obtained a Master's degree in Economics from the University of Zurich, where they attended from 1992 to 1999.
