Kyle Secker

Kyle Secker has extensive experience in data protection and compliance, currently serving as Group DPO at Two Circles since January 2023. Previously, Kyle held the same position at ev.energy from May 2021 to January 2023, focusing on fulfilling data protection obligations under the DPA 2018 and the EU GDPR. In this role, Kyle also led projects for ISO 27001 certification. Prior to this, Kyle was a Senior Legal Officer at Leeds City Council, where responsibilities included serving as Assistant Team Leader and Appeals Officer. Additional roles encompass project support at Global Web Limited, advising at Citizens Advice, working as a paralegal for North East Lincolnshire Council, and tutoring at Leeds City College. Kyle holds a Post Graduate Certificate in Computer Science from the University of York and a Bachelor's Degree in Law (Honours) from BPP Law School.
