Tom Milner is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales and service automation within the sports industry. As the Head of Sales & Service Automation at Two Circles since March 2020, Tom leads a specialized Salesforce and Dynamics practice focused on enhancing key commercial functions for Sports Rights Holders. Prior to this role, Tom gained experience as a Salesforce Business Consultant at IBM, where involvement in the Consulting by Degrees Program allowed for contributions to multiple Sales and Service Cloud implementations. Tom holds an MSc in Finance and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management from the University of Liverpool, along with A Levels in Economics, English Literature, Politics, and Maths from Leeds Grammar School.
