Emily Arfe

Emily Arfe has extensive experience in learning and development, currently serving as Vice President and L&D Lead at Two Sigma since August 2015. In this role, Emily designs and manages organization-wide performance management processes and develops resources for manager development. Previously, Emily worked at Oliver Wyman, advancing from Talent Management Coordinator to Senior Analyst, focusing on cognitive diversity and career development initiatives. Early career roles included positions at the Vera Institute of Justice and AIM Strategies, where Emily contributed to performance evaluation systems and research on virtual teams. Emily holds an M.A. in Social-Organizational Psychology from Teachers College, Columbia University, and a B.A. in Psychology from Queens College.
