Laura Uhl

Laura Uhl is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and systems engineering. Currently serving as Corporate Systems Engineering Manager at Two Sigma since January 2019, Laura collaborates with Corporate and Engineering teams to deliver the product roadmap. Previously, as HR Operations Director at BlackRock from May 2015 to September 2018, Laura led three globally aligned HR shared services teams supporting over 14,000 employees across more than 20 countries and played a key role in the Workday HRIS Implementation project. Prior to this, Laura was Vice President of Human Resources at Goldman Sachs from March 1998 to April 2015, overseeing significant HR outsourcing services for 30,000 employees globally and contributing to the Workday Implementation Leadership Team. Laura earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Montclair State University between 1993 and 1997.
