Steven Francia

Steven Francia currently serves as Managing Director and Head of Product at Two Sigma Investment Management since July 2022. With extensive experience in the open source ecosystem, Francia has been involved with spf13 Labs since January 2007, focusing on open source leadership and community building. Between July 2016 and July 2022, Francia held the position of Group Product Manager at Google, where responsibilities included leading strategy and developer experience for cloud languages. Additionally, Francia was an Advisory Board Member for Rhone Apparel from February 2014 to July 2022 and served on the board of the Drupal Association from February 2016 to October 2018. Academia includes a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from Brigham Young University, obtained between January 1997 and January 2004.
