Katrine Fleron Qvant

Katrine Fleron Qvant is a seasoned HR professional currently serving as Chief People Officer and Group Head of People & Culture at twoday since August 2023. Prior experience includes a significant tenure at Nykredit from December 2016 to August 2023, where roles ranged from First Vice President and Head of Recruitment & HR Business Partner to HR Business Partner and Senior Recruitment Partner. Academic qualifications include a Master's degree in Psychology from Aarhus University, with additional education from Flinders University and Europaskolen Luxembourg.
