Prior experience includes senior consultancy in brand strategy at Process Zurich and founding a creative agency, Die Kreativmanufaktur. An early career at Fry & Partner Werbeagentur GmbH involved mastering graphic design and project management. Noé's educational background includes an executive education at Harvard Business School and a diploma in Graphic Design from the Schule für Gestaltung Zürich.
