Kati Mendelson

Kati Mendelson currently serves as Head of Global Delivery at Tyfone, Inc. since December 2023. Prior to this role, Kati was VP of Implementation Services at One Inc from September 2021 to August 2023, where efforts resulted in a revenue growth from $9M to over $20M annually. Kati's extensive experience in digital banking and implementation services includes positions as Sr. Manager and VP at Malauzai, a Finastra company, where Kati led the delivery of a digital banking platform to over 400 financial institutions and played a key role in expanding partnerships that contributed to the company's acquisition. Earlier roles include Vice President at ACI Worldwide, where Kati implemented standardized processes for internet banking solutions, as well as leadership positions at Teres Solutions, contributing to its eventual acquisition by CRIF. Kati holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and a Leadership for Managers Certificate from The University of Texas at Austin.
