In 2016, Emma joined The Adecco Group, working their way up from Recruitment Consultant to Principal Recruitment Consultant, responsible for providing end-to-end recruitment services. In 2019, they moved to Kelkoo Group, where they worked as a Human Resources Advisor and Recruiter. In 2022, Emma joined Foxtons as an HR Advisor before moving on to their current role as a Senior People Operations Specialist at Tymit, starting in 2023.
