Laura Harvey is a seasoned professional in client services, currently serving as Client Services Manager at Tyndall Investment Management since November 2017. In this role, Laura is responsible for developing and nurturing relationships with clients, managing multiple accounts to ensure that client needs and expectations are met. Prior experience includes various positions at Rathbone Brothers Plc, where Laura held roles as Client Service Executive, Middle Office Administrator, and User Support Team Leader. Laura's career began as a Manager in the Service Desk at Gullivers Travel Associates and included a technical role as Communications Systems Engineer with the Royal Corps of Signals. Laura holds several qualifications from The Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment, including an Investment Advice Diploma, Certificate in Paraplanning, and IOC in Finance and Financial Management Services. Additionally, Laura earned a BA(Hons) in Leadership and Management from The Open University and has completed GCSEs in essential subjects.
