Alex Mathews

Alex Mathews is a seasoned professional in growth marketing and business development, currently serving in partnerships at Typeface since August 2024, following the acquisition of Treat AI. As the founder of Headwall since October 2018, Alex leads a collective focused on performance marketing for e-commerce and apps. Previous roles include President and Chief Customer Officer at Treat and VP of Growth Marketing at Verishop, where a comprehensive growth marketing program was implemented. In addition to advisory roles at various startups, including Whym and Artifact, Alex has consulted for venture capital and private equity firms, providing insights into social advertising and omni-channel commerce. Alex holds a BSE in Systems Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania.
