Shalini Sharma

Shalini Sharma is an accomplished HR professional with significant experience in leading human resources functions across various industries. Currently serving as HR Head at Tyroo since July 2023, Shalini is instrumental in shaping the organization’s talent and culture strategy to support growth in the APAC region. Prior roles include Human Resources Lead at Titan, where Shalini focused on HR business partnering and creating a high-performance workplace, and a position at ByteDance developing talent and organization development projects across India and Southeast Asia. Shalini's experience also includes roles at AB InBev India, where responsibilities encompassed HR business partnering and change management, and at Deloitte, where involvement in HR consulting and leadership development initiatives was prominent. Shalini holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources and Organizational Development from the Delhi School of Economics and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University.
