Paul F. Gilgallon is an experienced engineering professional currently serving as Principal Engineer and NC3 Systems and Technology Lead at the U. S. Air Force Research Laboratory since June 2020. With a background spanning from 1979 to the present, Paul has held various engineering roles within the United States Air Force, focusing on advanced communication capabilities and waveform designs for ground-based and airborne systems. Previously, Paul served as a Senior Chief Hospital Corpsman in the US Navy, where responsibilities included leadership and training of enlisted personnel. An alumnus of the University of Detroit Mercy, Paul holds a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering.
