Jonathan Burns

Jonathan Burns currently serves as Senior Vice President, Head of Product - Consumer Digital at U.S. Bank since March 2018, focusing on enhancing the digital sales experience across various platforms. Previously, Jonathan held the position of Vice President, Head of Digital Services at Affinity Plus Federal Credit Union, where responsibilities included managing online and mobile banking channels and executing digital strategies. Jonathan also worked as Vice President, Head of Digital Products at Barclays Bank PLC, leading mobile-first strategies for digital banking in the UK, and as Programme Manager at JT Group Limited, where management of the Business Analysis team was a key focus. Jonathan began his career as Senior Product Manager at Everything Everywhere Ltd, delivering specifications for business requirements. Jonathan holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a Master of Science in Management Information Systems, both from Queen's University Belfast.
