Daniel Counts has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Daniel began their career in 1988 as an Airman in the United States Air Force before transitioning to a role as a Staff designer/engineer at Forkert Engineering & Srvyng. There, they worked on designing fiber optic routes for telecommunications companies. In 1997, Daniel became a Consultant at Engineering Design Training, providing assistance with Autodesk civil engineering tools. In 1999, they founded U.S. CAD and served as the Founder & CEO, leading the company until present. In 2022, Daniel took on the position of Global COO & USA CEO at VinZeroThinkFuture, where they are responsible for driving growth and leading the M&A strategy for the Americas. Throughout their career, Daniel has demonstrated expertise in engineering, technology, and business leadership.
