John Schwab

John Schwab is a seasoned telecommunications professional with over two decades of experience at U.S. Cellular, where John has served as a Senior Data Center Engineer since February 2001. In this role, John acts as a subject matter expert for the engineering of critical systems across various data centers, developing strategies and roadmaps for the Data Center Engineering team. Previous roles include Systems Engineer - Switching, Senior Network Switch Engineer, and Network Switch Engineer, focusing on capacity management, performance analysis, and 24x7 outage support. Additionally, John began career as a Field Technician at Voicestream Wireless, facilitating initial BTS setups and performing maintenance. John holds education credentials from Waukesha County Technical College, completed between 1991 and 1993.
