Vincent R. Surillo

Vincent R. Surillo is an experienced telecommunications professional with a strong background in network engineering and service integrity, currently serving as a Senior Service Integrity & Restoration Engineer at UScellular since May 2016. Vincent has held several roles within UScellular, including Senior Core Network Engineer and Core Network Engineer, focusing on core network operations. Prior to UScellular, Vincent worked at Nokia (formerly Alcatel-Lucent) from September 2008 to May 2016 as a Contract Engineer, contributing to network integration, LTE core enhancements, security gateway configurations, and 3G/UMTS core network design. Education includes a Bachelor of Science in Electrical & Computer Engineering from the Illinois Institute of Technology, along with an Associate of Science in Engineering from multiple institutions.
