Kaile Bower

Kaile Bower is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in geographic programs and cartography, currently serving as Chief of Business Operations at the U.S. Census Bureau since January 1998. Bower has held multiple prominent positions within the bureau, including Chief of the Integrated Partnership and Communications Branch and Senior Advisor for Geographic Programs, in addition to working as a Cartographer. Bower also contributed to the Cartography and Geographic Information Society as Past President from April 2015 to April 2016, fostering connections among professionals in the field of Geographic Information Science. Educational credentials include a Master’s degree in Geography from The University of Georgia and multiple degrees from Salem State University in Applied Science and Cartography, along with studies at the University of Cambridge.
