Allyson Anthony has a background in nonprofit management and organizational communication. With experience as an intake administrator at the U.S. Center for SafeSport, Allyson manages the initial intake phase of the Response & Resolution process for reports of misconduct within the Olympic and Paralympic movement. Prior to this role, Allyson also served as an office manager and administrative specialist at various organizations such as Big Brothers Big Sisters of Colorado and Chicago Land Agency Services. Allyson has also worked in different roles such as event staff/server, front desk intern, and volunteer supervisor during their career. Allyson holds a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Communication from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.

The U.S. Center for SafeSport is an independent national nonprofit organization responsible for responding to and preventing emotional, physical, and sexual misconduct and abuse in the U.S. Olympic and Paralympic Movement. We also serve as an educational resource for sports organizations at all level, from recreational to professional. Founded in 2017 by Congressional mandate, in the wake of highly publicized cases of athlete abuse, our staff is growing rapidly, now numbering over 100 in nearly 30 states.
