Mathew Fine

Mathew Fine is a distinguished leader in the U.S. Coast Guard, currently serving as Chief of the Coast Guard Office of Shore Forces since July 2022. Mathew Fine has held various significant roles within the Coast Guard, including Deputy Sector Commander for Sector Maryland-NCR, Senior Career Advisor, and Response Ashore Assignment Officer. Mathew Fine's education includes a Master's degree from the Dwight D. Eisenhower School for National Security and Resource Strategy, a Master's degree in Strategic Studies and National Defense from the U.S. Naval War College, and an MBA from William & Mary. Throughout a career spanning over two decades, Mathew Fine has demonstrated expertise in maritime operations, incident management, and interagency collaboration, contributing to both national security and resource strategy.
