Robert Frenier has held a diverse range of roles in law enforcement and maritime security. Since November 2015, Robert has served as Chief Maritime Enforcement Specialist with the U.S. Coast Guard. Concurrently, since July 2008, Robert has been with the Norfolk Police Department, progressing through various titles including Police Sergeant, Corporal in K9 and Patrol, Police Detective, and Police Officer. Prior to this, Robert worked as Lead Foreman at Seaford Transfer from June 2001 to July 2008. Academically, Robert obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice / Homeland Security from Liberty University, graduating in May 2023, and previously earned an Associate of Science in Public Safety from Herzing University between 2012 and 2014.
