Connor Smith

Connor Smith serves as a Congressional Liaison Specialist at U.S. Customs and Border Protection since March 2021. Prior to this role, Connor was part of the House Committee on Appropriations, holding positions as Surveys and Investigations Staff and Office Assistant from August 2017 to March 2021. Earlier experience includes a role as Procurement Coordinator at Zoetis Inc. from September 2016 to August 2017, where Connor developed skills in Microsoft Office Suite, Contract Negotiation, RFx Generation, and Project Management, with a strong focus on cost avoidance and annualized savings. Connor also interned as a Special Events Intern at LEGACY Global Sports in June 2016. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and English Literature from Miami University, obtained in 2016, and a High School Diploma from Mountain Lakes High School, completed in 2012.
