Janet Williams has a diverse work experience in the field of information technology. Janet started their career with the U.S. Customs and Border Protection in 1989 as a Computer Specialist and worked there until 2001. Janet then joined St. Lawrence Gas as an IT Administrator / Business Analyst for eight years. In 2009, they briefly worked at Canton-Potsdam Hospital as a Database Analyst before moving to Albany Medical Center as a Systems Analyst. Since 2010, Janet has been working at U.S. Customs and Border Protection again, initially as an Information Technology Specialist and later as a Lead Information Technology Specialist. Janet has also held supervisory roles within the organization.
Janet Williams completed their Master of Science (MS) in Business Intelligence at the University of Arkansas Grantham. Prior to this, they earned their Bachelor of Science in Engineering Management with a focus on Software Engineering and Computer Science at the same university from 2001 to 2004.
