Mark Kemp

Mark Kemp is an experienced Safety & Occupational Health Manager at USDA since July 2008, previously serving as Environment, Health and Safety Manager at 305 MXG and Safety Manager at 305 AGS from 2000 to 2006. Mark holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) and a Master’s Degree in Environmental Studies from the University of Maryland Global Campus, along with multiple certificates from Cornell University in Performance Leadership, Executive Leadership, and Change Management. Additional education includes a Bachelor’s Degree in Photography from the Art Institute of Pittsburgh and a Bachelor's Degree in Workforce Development and Training from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale, complemented by an Associate's Degree in Aerospace, Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering from the Community College of the Air Force.
