Surabhi D. is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the fields of rural housing, community development, and technical assistance. Currently serving as a Senior Advisor at the USDA's Rural Housing Service since September 2014, Surabhi previously held the position of Agriculture & Rural Development Fellow at the U.S. House of Representatives from March 2021 to June 2022. Prior experience includes roles such as Senior Manager at NeighborWorks America and Senior Director of Advisory Services at Enterprise Community Partners, where Surabhi directed a $10 million Neighborhood Stabilization Program supporting over 400 grantees. Surabhi also led the Technical Assistance and Training Division at the Housing Assistance Council, overseeing multiple federal contracts.
