Bobby Rivera, MPA, is a Supervisory Program Analyst with the U.S. Department of Commerce since December 2020, and has previous experience as an IT Specialist at First Responder Network Authority and an Information Technology Specialist with Marine Corps Recruiting. Bobby's earlier career includes serving as a Senior Consultant at Booz Allen Hamilton, where client-based services were provided to the IT management branch of the U.S. Marine Corps, focusing on high-level inventory and configuration planning. Bobby's extensive military background within the United States Marine Corps encompasses roles such as Procurement/Budget Analyst, Procurement Specialist, Watch Officer, Training Chief, and Logistics Manager where significant budget management and logistical operations were conducted. Bobby holds a Master of Public Administration from Strayer University and has a Bachelor of Business Administration from the same institution, along with an Associate's degree from American Military University.
