Gene Rodrigues

Gene Rodrigues currently serves as the Assistant Secretary of Energy for the Office of Electricity at the U.S. Department of Energy, a position held since January 2023. Prior to this role, Gene Rodrigues worked at ICF from January 2014 to October 2022 as Vice President, and was the Director of Demand-Side Management (DSM) Strategy, Portfolio Oversight & Technical Support at Southern California Edison from May 1990 to January 2014. Gene Rodrigues holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of California, College of the Law, San Francisco, and a Bachelor of Science in Education from Northern Arizona University.
