Sarah N.

Sarah N. currently serves as the Deputy Director and Field Operations Coordinator in the Office of Science at the U.S. Department of Energy, a role held since January 2023. Previously, from June 2016 to January 2023, Sarah N. worked as a Foreign Affairs Specialist at the National Nuclear Security Administration, focusing on international radioactive material security. Additional experience includes serving as an NNSA Graduate Fellow at Pacific Northwest National Laboratory, a Research Aide in the United States Senate, and a Graduate Research Assistant at the James Martin Center for Nonproliferation Studies. Sarah N. has also held internships in various organizations related to nuclear policy and arms control. Educational credentials include a Master of Arts in Nonproliferation and Terrorism Studies from the Middlebury Institute of International Studies at Monterey and a Bachelor of Arts in International Affairs and Russian from The University of Georgia.
