Hanan Gray Mpa

Hanan Gray, MPA, has extensive experience in performance management and strategy within various government agencies. Currently serving as the Strategy and Performance Program Manager at HUD OIG since April 2021, Hanan previously held positions as Performance Lead at FEMA and Management Analyst - Evaluations Lead at the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission. Additionally, Hanan worked for over a decade at the Social Security Administration as a Performance Analyst - Improper Payments Liaison. Hanan holds a Master of Public Administration from GMU - UOP, a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from Bennett College, and a certification in Strategy and Performance Management from Georgetown University School of Continuing Studies.
