Ron Kelly

Ron Kelly is an experienced professional in economic development and impact strategy, currently serving as the Outreach Lead for the State Small Business Credit Initiative at the U.S. Department of the Treasury. Prior roles include Senior Director of Impact Strategy & Innovation at Capital Impact Partners, where Ron led strategy development and facilitated innovation efforts, as well as Vice President of Technical Assistance and Training at the Center for Regional Economic Competitiveness, overseeing economic and workforce development initiatives. Earlier experience encompasses roles at the Department of Treasury, Rapoza Associates, and as a Teaching and Research Assistant at Cornell University. Ron holds a Master of Regional Planning from Cornell University and a Bachelor of Science with Honors in Management and American Politics from Rochester Institute of Technology.
