Vindhya Adapa

Vindhya Adapa currently serves as Senior Counsel and previously held the role of Attorney-Advisor at the U.S. Department of the Treasury since October 2020. Prior to this, Vindhya was the Assistant General Counsel at HIAS, Inc., an international refugee resettlement agency, from October 2017 to October 2020. Vindhya's legal experience includes working as a Corporate and Securities Associate at Pepper Hamilton LLP, where involvement in high-stakes M&A and private equity transactions enhanced skills in contract negotiation and legal analysis. Vindhya also served as a Business Transactions and Real Estate Associate at Genova Burns and completed a Juris Doctor from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School, complemented by a degree in Finance and Marketing from the University of Maryland. Additional legal internships include positions at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, Genova Burns, and the United Nations International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda.
