Devon Beard has extensive experience in human resources and business operations, currently serving as the Director of People Operations at the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs since March 2010, where management of a HR consultant team supports an 8,000-member federal workforce across 2,000 locations. Previous roles include Director of Business Services, overseeing a 3,500 employee workforce, and OI&T End User Program Manager, where development of a Power BI dashboard led to significant cost avoidance. With a background in IT project management and administrative support, Devon has demonstrated expertise in operational analysis, human capital strategies, and resource optimization.
