Jerry A. Craig

Jerry A. (Drew) Craig currently serves as the Chief Design Officer for the Veterans Experience Office's Measurement and Design Directorate at the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, leading a team to enhance the Customer Experience for Veterans and their families. Prior to this role, Craig held positions at the VA including Acting Assistant Director and Deputy Director in the Benefits Experience Directorate, where responsibilities involved developing strategies to improve the Veterans' access to services and fostering Employee Engagement. Previous experience includes leading security operations at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and serving as Command Sergeant Major in the U.S. Army, among other roles. Craig holds an MBA in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix.
