David Tyler

David Tyler has extensive experience in information technology management, serving at the United States Naval Academy from August 2016 to December 2023 as Executive Director and Deputy Chief Information Officer, as well as Deputy Director for Client Services and Associate Director for IT-Systems. Prior to this role, David worked at Marshy Creek Liquors from July 1998 to January 2004 as a Cashier/Stockperson. David holds a Master of Science in Management Information Systems from the University of Maryland Baltimore County, completed in January 2009, and a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from Salisbury University - Perdue School of Business, earned in January 2005.
