Jess Brown

Jess Brown is a dedicated professional with significant experience in defense consulting, contract specialization, and international relations. Currently serving as a Contract Specialist/Operational Contract Support Planner at NORAD & US Northern Command, Jess previously worked as a Defense Consultant for Technical Assent, supporting the U.S. Department of Defense. Additional roles include serving as a Teaching Assistant at Georgetown University, and various positions within the U.S. Department of State and USAID, where Jess focused on outreach, communications, and research related to international relations and security. With a Master of Arts in Security Studies from Georgetown University and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from Loyola University Maryland, Jess has also contributed to grant analysis and tutoring.
