Viktor Tsuber

Viktor Tsuber currently serves as the Missile & Space Domain Deputy at NORAD & US Northern Command since August 2020. Prior experience includes serving as the Space Support Element Chief for the 10th Mountain Division from March 2018 to October 2020, and a Space Operations Officer at the National Security Space Institute in mid-2017. Viktor's military background encompasses roles such as G2 Intelligence Planner at the United States Army Special Operations Command and Cryptologic Services Group Operations Officer at the National Security Agency. Further positions include Alpha Company Commander with the 743rd Military Intelligence Battalion and various intelligence roles within the U.S. Army. Viktor holds an MBA in Project Management from Colorado Technical University and a BA in Public Administration & Public Law from the University of Montana, along with training from the U.S. Army Command and General Staff College.
