Lauren H. has extensive experience in the payments and technology sectors, currently serving as Director of Regional Industry Forums & Competitive Intelligence at American Express since September 2019. Lauren has held various senior managerial roles at the same organization and has contributed to multiple industry forums, including serving as a Steering Committee Member for Identity & Access Forum and a Board Member for Secure Technology Alliance. In addition, Lauren is involved with EMVCo and U.S. Payments Forum, where significant contributions include co-chairing the Electric Vehicle Open Payments Working Committee. Previously, Lauren worked as a Business Process Engineer at TEKsystems and as a Product Marketing Manager at DBSI-Inc. Academically, Lauren holds degrees in Broadcast Journalism and Mass Communications from Arizona State University and the Walter Cronkite School of Journalism, as well as foundational education in Journalism from the University of Missouri.
