Chuck Trucco has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Chuck started their career at CIMCO Communications in 2009 as an Account Manager and worked there until March 2010. Chuck then joined Comcast Cable as an Account Manager from March to September 2010. In 2011, they joined the U.S. Office of Personnel Management as a Program Analyst until March 2014. In April 2014, Trucco started working at the US Railroad Retirement Board as a Training and Data Communication Specialist, and later held roles as a Human Resource Development Specialist and Lead HRD Specialist until May 2018. Chuck then became the Chief Learning Officer and is currently serving as the Deputy Director of Operations Support since January 2023.

Chuck Trucco earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Applied Psychology from the University of Illinois Chicago, where they studied from 2003 to 2007. Chuck further pursued their education at Roosevelt University, obtaining a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from 2009 to 2011.

Created separate from (but similar to) the social security program for America’s workforce, the RRB administers retirement, survivor, unemployment, and sickness benefits for railroad retirees, workers, and their families.
