Chris Spence

Chris Spence is an accomplished operational leader with extensive experience in the manufacturing and engineering sectors. Currently serving as the Operational Excellence Leader at U.S. Tsubaki Power Transmission, LLC since April 2025, Chris previously held various senior management roles at Stanley Black & Decker, Inc., where responsibilities included overseeing operations and engineering for business segments exceeding $150 million in revenue, managing large teams, and executing significant capital expenditures. Prior experiences include engineering roles at Newell Brands - LENOX and Durham Manufacturing Company, focusing on process improvement, project management, and product development. Chris holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Technology from Central Connecticut State University.
