Prior experience includes consulting for DM2 Startup, guiding marketing strategies for product launch stages, and holding various marketing positions at Merck Consumer Care, specializing in brand management and growth strategies for notable products. Erika Frank also held roles in donor relations at Temple University Athletics and public relations at Tierney Communications. Erika holds an MBA in Marketing from Duke University and a BA in Communications from Villanova University.
